Roma Dhameja

Roma Dhameja joined The Castle Rock School as an experienced Senior Leader and Business Studies teacher, both at GCSE and A-Level. She joined The Castle Rock school as a Vice Principal in 2023 and became Associate Principal in 2024. She has worked at several 6th form institutions including Beauchamp College in Oadby Leicester.

As the first one to go into further education in her family Roma is committed to increasing the chances of her students to get into higher education studying courses and subject areas they are passionate about. She has a BA Degree in Politics and a MA in Leadership in Education. She is passionate about preparing young people for their next steps whether they want to go on to university, apprenticeships or directly into work.
